Power Supply |
An AC to DC adapter (rated output voltage: 6VDC, rated output
current: 500mA, no-load output voltage: less than 8.5V) or four (4) AA size Alkaline
batteries (1.5V) are required for the main system power supply. Rechargeable Ni-Cd or Ni-H
batteries are applicable. During the normal operation without bar code scanning, the
electric current consumption is about 100mA. One (1) coin type of Lithium battery
(3V) maintains Real Time Clock and the main system SRAM data when the computer is not
connected to the power supply.
